Hi Y'all - been noticing a lot of info promoting Chris Chico's

Find Motivated Sellers Online Training using Facebook program.  
Seems in the promo webinar there are lots of Testimonials which I tend to be wary of.
Have tried Facebook marketing in the past with CPC - cost per click advertising and was very disappointed in the results.
Always looking to learn about other marketing "Channels" but wondering in anyone has had been exposed to or is using this
program to attract Motivated Sellers and what your experiences have been?
