Hello fellow investors!
I'd like to hear from anyone who is familiar with (PIN) Passive Investor Network here in Houston, TX. More specifically, I'd like to know if their paid membership program is a good value. Do they actually deliver what they promise as far as providing their members deals and guiding them through the rehab process?
Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Yes, I’m a member of PIN and have done 5 deals with them since joining in Aug 2019. They do what they say they’ll do. I have two houses rehabbed and rented, and three currently under rehab. Have you been to one of their bus tours? It’s a great opportunity to meet and talk with their members, and learn each of their stories and experiences.
I am a member of PIN since January of 2018. Having been a member of several other real estate investor groups, some with much larger membership fees, I can say this is the best value I have experienced. I have 4 houses rehabbed and rented, 3 of them with the guidance and assistance of PIN. The best feature of the membership is that once I start a project, PIN is right there with me in constant contact and communication, willing to get involved if the situation requires it. When problems emerge, Pin is available and present, with contacts and resources, to help me find solutions and move the project toward its successful completion.
Hey @Vince Armstrong I'm curious to know if you ended up joining PIN and if so what your experience was. I'm looking at doing one of their business tours.
