Hello fellow investors!

I'd like to hear from anyone who is familiar with (PIN) Passive Investor Network here in Houston, TX. More specifically, I'd like to know if their paid membership program is a good value. Do they actually deliver what they promise as far as providing their members deals and guiding them through the rehab process?

Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
