Sterling VA, network with wholesalers/investor friendly agents

I am looking to network with wholesalers/investor friendly agents in va. We are focused on areas within 15 miles of Tysons Corner or Sterling VA area. Need sfr with a full in law suite in basement or a sfr with garage apt. Please PM me.

    Depending on your price range, in law suites exist more on the MD side of the border in the form of Basement apartments. Germantown has a concentration of them in the 500-600k range. Bethesda and McLean have a concentration in the $1.2 million to 1.75 million range.  There are random ones here and there but those are the only places that stick out in my mind that have a bunch.

    Sterling caught my eye as i see mls has several in the under 400k range. Essentially we need a house with a space for an in-law w/ separate entrance,, efficiency kit or able to add one. Do you have a local rei group you could direct me too?
