Useful tools for Parsing Apartments.com Tax Exports

I originally used cozy.co for managing my properties, but they were bought up by apartments.com, and I just never bothered moving my rentals to another platform.

It works great, but I've always disliked their income/expense exports for end of year tax reporting.  


Are there any tools that you guys use?
