Beta access for AI connections to BiggerPockets' Tools & Calculators

Just wondering if there are some savvy AI folks here who'd like to experiment with using BiggerPockets Pro Tools via a plugin for Claude/ChatGPT/Grok, etc.

We really want to stay relevant to whatever techniques people use to evaluate investment opportunities. In that past that's often been spreadsheets, but I think that's quickly changing towards AI, specifically agentic AI.

* If you're using AI for evaluating properties, let me know.

* If you want to try to use our tools with your agent and are not sure how to set this up, let me know.

* If you know what "MCP" means, feel free to add our connector to your preferred agent's config directly.

Here's what that setting it up looks like in Claude today, other agents are similar:

1. Visit https://claude.ai/new. Log in if necessary.

2. Click the "+" button, then select Connectors -> Add Connector -> Add custom connector.

3. For name, enter "BiggerPockets", and for "Remote MCP server URL" enter "https://www.biggerpockets.com/mcp".

4. Save it and your agent should handle the rest.

Today this can be used currently to interact with the Rental Property Calculator and AI-Powered Search, but I can see a bright future for these tools and connectors.

Caveat: this is all in beta and may stop working at any time. Reach out if you have any questions.
