What is the better/reliable dialer service when we compare between Mojo Dialer & Calltools? Please share your experience. Looking start with one of them soon.
I have only used Mojo which is a 3 line "power-dialer", whereas Calltools I believe you can call up to 9 lines at a time. Calltools does triple the amount of calls you can make, which is always a plus do not get me wrong; however, after using Mojo and keeping up with notes, dispositions of calls, dropping the voicemails and calling back the leads that get connected at the same time as another lead, I question if I would be able to manage doing 6 more lines.
As far as reliability is concerned, Mojo is by far a much more widely used and trusted provider.
