Hello All, I am not having much luck on finding the right CPA in the Orlando, FL Area. I am starting out and I am looking to build a strong power team. Any other recommendations for attorney, brokers( mortgage and RE), to help me during these begging stages? Thank you so much!

Hi there, I am looking for CPA that is good in making the set up of different entities and that is investor friendly with a proven track record. Potentially if the CPA is an investor himself it would be a plus. I am planning on buying and holding, flipping and wholesaling.
I also need a attorney to help me set up my agreements for the purchasing contracts with the contingencies to minimize my risk with the proper exit strategies.
These 2 are key for now as without that set up, I can't move forward. Thank you so much for your reply :-)
