Lately I have been running into leads that are just a 1 acre lot and there looking to sell it. If there is anyone who is interested in investing in land and knows the ins and outs of it for the DFW metroplex let me know and we can work a deal where I will send you some leads when I do receive them and we can split them from there.
Have a current lead now that I can't even talk about working with b/c I have no idea what its worth
I ran across this post because I was searching the topic "land investing" in Dallas - Fort Worth. I have been getting calls from sellers with vacant land (Desoto, Glenn Heights, Lancaster, etc). I would like to monetize the leads but have not clue how to work vacant land deals. This week I had two different sellers call me with vacant land in Lancaster, Texas (2 commercial lots ~1 acre each, 1 SFR zoned lot ~1.5 acre). Both appear to have motivation to sell. Alexander, did you find someone to team with on these type of leads? I am interested in something similar. Any advice is welcomed.
@Daren H. I would be interested standard lots to 1 acre in Fort Worth and areas in West DFW, larger acreage is welcomed if in far west Johnson, Parker or Palo Pinto Counties.
@Richard D. I own a subdivision that needs some TLC with about 190 improved, platted lots with power and water. Super cheap. The majority are zoned for MH, but there is a large lake and about 90 minutes from Dallas and Shreveport. Let me know if you have any interest.

@John Becker@Mark Podolsky Thanks for your response. I am interested in monetizing the leads but also going along for the ride to learn how to value, buy, and sell vacant land. I want to add this strategy too my tool box. I will reach out to you as suggested to discuss.
FYI, I am not interested in buying any courses (just thought I would put that out there, ha ha ha ha)
