Experienced Contractor Needed
Can anyone recommend an experienced contractor to run a rehab project in the Point Breeze section of South Philly? It is a single family row home, 1500 sq.ft., shell condition.
We prefer a contractor who has their own crew that completes most of the work, as opposed to a GC who will sub all work out.

I would recommend that you repost this, and in the subject line, put the name of the City first, CONTRACTOR ? - Point Breeze, S. Philly. or something specific.
It's always best to be specific when you are doing a post.
