Looking for a great Realtor in St George UT area (specifically Pine Valley area)

I have a client that is looking to purchase a second home in the $200k to $250k price range around the Pine Valley area to escape the summer heat. I was given Doug Mcknight from Coldwell Bankers info but I have no experience with him and he doesn't have any online reviews so I wanted to see if anyone else has a good recommendation or if they have any experience working with Doug McKnight.

The client I have has done several deals with me here in Vegas and i want to make sure he is represented properly in Utah.

Thank you in advance for your help with this!

In regards to your Questions:  I'm not an expert on Pine Valley, never done a deal in PV.  I have done a few in Central but that is still a different market.

If you are asking "near" future... I believe prices will remain the same for PV.  But that might change, I don't know price range, primary home, cabin or what the buyer is looking for.  There is a WIDE price range in PV.

If you want to hire Joe or Doug to go to work for you and your client then you can expect them to spend more time getting you answers, you know the drill. (wink)

Most the distressed inventory is gone but it is NOT a high movement area... meaning not a lot of buyers or sellers.  So retail prices will mostly stay the same.

If you client is looking longer term it is a great time to buy... when the right home comes along.

I would NOT be flipping short term in PV unless the deal was REALLY good!!

If it is the "right" home it is always a good time to buy and rates a still low.
