Anyone have a recommendation for a property management company that services the Buffalo / Western New York area? I already own the property - it's a four unit (side-by-side 3 bedroom/2 stories units) in Lockport,  NY, about 40 minutes north of Buffalo (so not necessarily an ideal location for a firm that handles city properties). I'm a hands-off investor that values regular communication with my manager. Thanks in advance!
