Do anyone know any good landlord/tenant dispute lawyer with proven record on tenant harassment cases for Los Angeles area representing tenants?
It would be even better if he/she is familiar with both residential/commercial/mixed used real estate.
Landlord has long history of unethical practices towards different tenants and causing intense emotional distress to evict tenant or backed away from agreement, possibly to position himself to get better mortgage rates (so he can make appropriate changes to properties).

I know that there are free tenant rights clinics held in Plummer Park in WEHO. I've use it once for my former crazy landlord. The attorneys volunteer and accept optional donations. Not sure how much you'd get out of it, but might be worth a try.
I personally have Hyatt Legal membership through work and can choose from a list of lawyers that subscribe to that platform. I use it all the time (traffic matters etc) and it's worth it.
