I learned a very valuable lesson. I had a contractor that was about 90% finished with a job, so I made the mistake of paying the contractor before he completely finished the job. As you guessed, he went MIA and was supposed to be finished with his work 2 weeks ago so I could start advertising this vacancy. Anyways, I'm looking for a new reliable handyman that can finish putting up a couple light fixtures, finish painting, and finish installing a new sewer line. If anyone knows of a reliable handyman it would be greatly appreciated!

@Kyle McCorkel If you don't mind, I'd also be interested in your recommendation for a handyman. I don't really have much work since I'm currently working to acquire my second rental but am trying to proactively build a quality team.

Hey localites, here's a million dollar question for you.. does anyone know of a handyman that they had no (minimal) issues working with and would recommend? I am in urgent need of a handyman to work with my GC and help him speed up the process.. Any recommendation is greatly appreciated!
