I will be making another trip to one of my favorite locations - San Antonio, TX to mange some rehab work on 5 of my properties there on Oct. 18 (Monday).
For all you local investors to this area, I would like to offer a meet-up and meet in person, exchange thoughts and ideas and I will certainly answer any questions if you have any for me.

Quite dissapointing to say the least. Not a single response from a local TX investor. I arrive in San Antonio this coming Monday 18th and the offer still stands.
Come meet up with me for lunch or at the job site and bring your questions (or your deals/business plan - I am open to options)

I am out of town next week Will, but if you are still around on Saturday of that week I would love to have lunch with you in San Marcos or some halfway point.
