Hi Brad. I did a home in Boynton Beach in a 55+ community. Would not recommend doing that again. Severely restricted my potential buyers and the HOA was not pleasant to deal with. Other than that I have a second home in Lighthouse Point.

Hi Brad, I'm in the Lake Worth/Boynton Beach area also looking for some local investors to network with. I'm focusing on wholesaling and rehabs, and have to agree with Chuck, the HOAs in the 55+ communities are tough to make a good deal with.
