Does anyone here have any experience in buying rental properties in Toledo and Garfield Heights (Cleveland)? Seeing some opportunities and wondering if these are good areas for rentals.

No experience in Toledo but we have 100's of rentals in Garfield Heights. Solid rental neighborhood. High C-Class tenant base. For more info on Garfield Heights & other neighborhoods in the Cleveland market check out The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods.

We own a couple of rentals in the Warren Ohio area. Buying our third one now. First two cash third a loan. Did hard money lenders or private investor lending. 20 percent down good credit money in reserves. Homes are 55,000 and under.. Anyone have some leads for this type of loan?

The area around Ohio State zip codes 43202 and 43211. Are these good zip codes?
I see you can get some small SF here for around 95K. Rents appear to be around $900-$1000 for 2bdrm and $1000-$1300 for 3bdrm.
Seems like a good investment but don’t know the area. I’m from the Philadelphia area.
