I am looking into a few properties that I would keep as rental properties in the Highlands/Red Bank/Middle Town area in New Jersey. Does anyone have any knowledge about what the rental market is like in those areas and if I would be able to fill one or two rentals year round of if it would be more favorable to just do seasonal rentals.
