Happy Friday BP community! I have a direct mailing out right now and am looking for a title company to assist with the purchase and closing (once I find the multi family property). Anyone here in Rochester, NY have someone they have used in the past and would recommend? Thanks in advance!!

@Shane W. Chapin In New York you don't work with the title companies. You get a lawyer and they handle it for you.

Steve Santacore as Shane mentioned here we use attorneys.  I would recommend using Steve Pheterson of Pheterson/ Spatarico for any of your real estate needs.  They also have an in house title company.  IMO the best Real Estate attorneys in Rochester.
