Midwest Acquisitions is a scam, which is why they live out of state investors. Debra White is 86 years old now and has lost touch with modern day real estate. I would trust JL Zimmerman (they lease most properties to Soda Stays and FronDesk).

Bingo. Agreed 100%. Soda Stays or The Connor Group are the best property managers in Dayton by far. They’ll guarantee your rent even during, god forbid, an eviction.
