I'm an aspiring investor from Odenton, Maryland and I am trying to learn as much as possible. As a wholesaler, would you recommend finding buyers/investors before searching for properties?

I'm looking in AA county and surrounding areas. Please feel free to PM. Would love to work together and bounce ideas off each other.
