@Zach Weiland I'm in Cuyahoga County but originally from Geauga. I think there's some nice opportunities in Lake County. The property taxes are much more manageable.

@Tom Ott I definitely have a lot of questions! I guess in your opinion are multi family houses more profitable than single family’s? Also would you recommend going more West toward the city? I currently own a single family home in Willoughby that I am debating on selling in the near future.

In my opinion, small Multis are not worth the pain unless they are in amazing locations. I personally prefer SFRs, but that is just me. Willoughby is a very solid area. Willowick and Wickliffe are also awesome due to their access to the freeway to get to downtown Cleveland.
