Anyone in the DMV area want to start a REI groupchat?

I'm a new investor and I would like to connect with new and experienced REI that are familiar with the DC, MD, VA areas.

Since we’re in a pandemic, I would limit everything to being online. Weekly Zoom meetings, a daily groupchat, and possible monthly meetups.

Please reply if interested so that we can connect.

If this applies to newbies I'm definitely interested! I live in Baltimore!

@Cori Foreman Yes! Same goes for me and my fiancé so we would love to connect with a group of local investors.

I figure I could just put together a WhatsApp group for DMV real estate investors. It might start small, but we can grow it, plan virtual meet ups, and network within our pocket of the US. Feel free to send me a private message if you'd like to be added!

Hello everyone! I'm an experienced investor in the DMV and Baltimore areas. Always looking to help new investors get started. I'm currently working on a few fix and flip deals in Baltimore and always looking for more. Anyone looking to buy and hold in Baltimore?
