Anyone in the DMV area want to start a REI groupchat?

I'm a new investor and I would like to connect with new and experienced REI that are familiar with the DC, MD, VA areas.

Since we’re in a pandemic, I would limit everything to being online. Weekly Zoom meetings, a daily groupchat, and possible monthly meetups.
