Hey Brad! My wife and I recently moved to Charlotte, NC from South Florida. I'm looking to do the same with my business partner in Raleigh and we're scoping out cities right outside of Charlotte and Raleigh. Would love to connect and hopefully meet up in the near future.

@Kerry Johnston thank you for reaching out. That is great to know, my wife and I are also looking at developing a short term rental portfolio. We have been looking at some possible opportunity near asheville for this. It would be great to get more familiar with the lending process. We own our primary home now but have never purchased an investment property.

@Brad Cherry that’s awesome - we love Asheville and surrounding areas and I think it’s a great area to invest in right now - especially with people being able to work more remotely, more people are traveling to areas like that.
