Has anyone in the greater Austin area had success with generating Travis County probate leads? I contacted the Travis County probate court to ask about getting information on decedents and personal representatives, and they responded that they cannot give out such information.
I'm curious to know how other Austin investors are pursuing these leads. Can you go to the courthouse and review records? Do you purchase leads from a third party like US Probate Leads? I appreciate any assistance that anyone can offer.
I wish you great luck Gary. I've been trying to crack that nut for some time.
Thanks, Jerry. I'll let you know what I find out as I become more educated on this subject.

@David Ward thanks very much for this!
@Gary Ennis No problem, anytime. I actually found another site that's a little better than the first link I provided. This one has addresses and phone numbers included, not sure why the first one doesn't. Same procedure enter in date range, then click submit.
