Do bandit signs work in SoCal?
I want to market for motivational sellers but everyone and their mom has "we buy houses" and I feel most people even motivated sellers think it's a gimmick/scam. Also, in our current market why wouldn't they just call an agent?
There has to be a better way? If not, please explain.
