Buyer for Bulk/Profolios Properties

Hi BP,

My partner and I are real estate investors in Indianapolis, IN and we work with investors from multiple states. Our challenge is finding serious buyers for bulk/portfolio property deals. We have had people try to take our information/deal and go around us and try to contact our sellers directly. I guess my question is how do I find big money serious buyers?

You should not have to worry about anyone going around you if you truly have the deal under contract or at least some type of option on it.
I have had many people in the past try to present me bulk package deals but try to get me to sign non circumvent agreements before anything, which I would never consider. That to me tells me they dont really have the deal under contract.
Your big heavy hitters are out there.

Thanks for responding. Your feedback is interesting because we have only used non circumvent contracts for our bulk properties (to protect our buyers information and to prevent someone from putting properties on the market that shouldn't be) but, we do put single family homes under contrac.

@Jordan Sloan Look up local real estate met up meetings and go attend them. Network and build relationships with those who have the money.
