Hi guys I  have an opportunity of getting into the real estate. We have a deal with an investor that we find the deals for him,over see the project and make sure that it's ready to flip asap. We are all cash. Was wondering if anybody has an advise on finding cash deals in Miami. Thanks for your help

@Orlando Jimenez

First, you're not specifically looking for "cash deals".  You, as the buyer, have the cash, which gives you an advantage on any deal and allows you to bid on deals where cash is required.  However, you don't need to limit your search to only deals where the buyer has to have cash.

Second, you find deals in Miami the same ways you find them anywhere else. You market for them. You drive for $'s. You team up with agents. You search the MLS. You search Craigslist. Etc.

I am a little concerned that this buyer is trusting you with finding and managing these flips, when you don't understand acquisition. Perhaps you should start by reading The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI...

Afterwards, you should check out the 2 J Scott books...The Book on Flipping Houses

and then The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs.
