Good evening ! I am currently new to investing. I have saved up 100k to invest. i am from NY looking for rental deals in Allentown,PA. Is this a good place to start? I am looking for rental properties, mostly multi families. Seems like prices are low for property and taxes (a lot better then NY). All help and feed back would be appreciated. Thank you!

Lehigh Valley is definitely a strong market and 100k will go along way. For the few years I've been on BP I generally consider @Mark Gallagher to be the SME on this region and is the first reference I make for anyone looking into the area.
