I would go through Lee Arnold and one of his Master's programs. You get 100% financing once you complete one of the 3. You can also get full reimbursement if you take Rehab or Lien Abatement. Other options include a Regional Clinic, Mentorship and his Inner Circle.
By far the best company and people in the business!
Only you can decide if it's worth the money. The mastery program is how we got our start in real estate and helped my wife transition to a full time realtor, so it was worth it for us. I would suggest that if you can't afford to pay whatever the cost is nowadays assuming that you never make a dime in real estate, it might not be a good idea. I would also suggest getting an understanding for your local market. Unless the curriculum has changed, the main focus is on buying properties at a discount and flipping them. IMHO, their strategies may or may not work too well depending on your local market conditions.
We did it in January. I think it was 300 bucks for my wife and I to go (hotel included). I took value from it, especially on the commercial side, but the real benefit is being in a room of hundreds of other investors. Bring some business cards and network! Fortune Builders is going to try to sell you a coaching program so be ready to be constantly harassed about spending 35k on a program. If you can dodge the BS and pick out what you need, it can really be helpful. For me personally, I just listened to the things they would say then go research their methods.
Thanks for all the feedback, I ended up attending the Fortune Builders 3 day meetup. It was good but we decided not to do the 35k coach program for now and just keep working and learning from some local groups and on acquiring a couple deals before looking back into the program or something of the same nature.. I did learn a lot of new thing in the 3 days.
