I don't know if other people are having this problem, but the majority of the phone numbers I get from the skip tracing service I use: REISkip, are either out of service or just wrong numbers, and they're not even numbers of relatives or people who have lived in the property I'm asking about. Anybody have any experience with a good skip tracing service for Texas? Or any other tips on how to find quality phone numbers? Thanks guys!
Lead Sherpa has the best quality data I've seen on the skip trace market for the cheapest price to value ratio. $0.25 for single skip trace and $0.15 per batch of 25+.
Hey @Nick Seginowich , I've got an in-house data team that does my skip tracing for me. We run about 10c per lead and get good data. Shoot me a PM, we may able to help you out and run your lists through our system.
