Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $369,000
Cash invested: $7,000

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Off market through other agents that I knew.

How did you finance this deal?

zero money down, 100% financed deal through a local bank.

    I used Green State credit union as my lender. It was a residential loan that was an adjustable-rate mortgage. It was great because I put no money down for the loan and was able to funnel cash into my renovations or other deals!
