     Hi Dan! What do you mean? I've sold this package to an investor already for $135,000. He is in the process of renovating and putting section 8 tenants in place.

     I sold this to an investor for $135,000. He is in the process of renovating and putting section 8 tenants in place. Not sure if he plans to refi or not.
