Pace's course is definitely worth it too for people learning subto and seller financing. He lets you take the course with a business partner so you can split the cost with someone. its overall a new tool to add to your tool belt as any kind of investor - cuz its an exit strategy that can be brought up at any deal. For me the best parts were all the legal documents he gives you too so you don't have to recreate them.
