Cash invested: $174,000

    Hey @Scott Freitas, welcome to the BP Forum! How much are you renting the units for? I assume you didn't have to do any rehab?

    each unit is roughly the same at 1k per month. I am in escrow at the moment pending inspections and negotiating. Hope to close 1st week of April.

    Units are all occupied at the moment and will have to do some upgrades as tenants move out
