Hi @Kate Beers. Did you get a quote on the interest rate or did you come up with that on your own? IMO, I think it's too low. Your taxes seem VERY low - is there a tax abatement attached to this property? I ran some quick comps on rent in that zip code and the most I could find for a 3 BR is ~$1,500

If you really like this property, I suggest offering $170k and perhaps agreeing on a counter at $180k.

Hi @Jaycee Greene, thanks for your review! The interest rate I guessed at. I have not gone to the bank yet but hope to today to see officially what my rate would be (from Chase) to use going forward. The taxes I pulled from the BP listing for this property. When I run the numbers more 'officially', should I google the city/county current property tax rate against the asking price or do you have a better suggestion? And can you please share how you check for comps on rent? Thanks!
