3/2 house located in Pasadena Heights subdivision of San Antonio, TX 78210 (No HOA) Before and After video: https://www.wevideo.com/view/3783775195

Here is a property one of my buyers purchased for $119,000.00 back on Jan. 11th, renovated for a little over $80,000. He ended up selling it for $280,000 on the market, with his own preferred listing agent, within 2 weeks by last April 2025. In fact, the property appraised for $282,000. He also has a preferred staging company to help capture the space for their showings. A job well-done! Buyer used his own hard money lending with a commitment letter to the closing date. This was a deal fully funded and supported by

Yes @Jaycee Greene I sold this at significantly $97,280 under tax appraised value at the time. This was a great deal and a job well done by this investor especially for this south-central pocket of San Antonio.

The investor 100% used Home Depot ProXtra to significantly leverage the project and widen his ROI. My team and I are now officially partnered with Home Depot ProXtra with an exclusive discount on-top of their existing ProXtra accounts to help further their ROI ($6,100 average savings --this is a huge game changer for our investor pool!)
