Just sold my lawn care business. Getting back in to REI. I'm in Lansing and Grand Rapids area.
Yes. Inventory is going down which is causing prices to rise. Margins are getting squeezed. I also have a house that didn't get rented in the first month it was available which is very surprising in my area.
