@Jasmine Z. Get started however you can. Reading can only get you so far. Nothing teaches you more than getting your feet wet... Best tip, use a good agent! One that will actually find you deals. Make sure they are not just trying to sell you any old home.
@Adam Bontrager Yes, as a general rule of thumb we usually stage anything over 200k (sales price) in our areas. They present like model homes.
