Orlando Florida buy and hold market analysis
I am looking for a good property management company knowledgable about the Orlando market. I want to identify a proper for a 1041 exchange that I just completed. I am looking to invest in 1 or two properties with good cash flow as buy and hold properties for long term rentals I would like to find a good partner for a real estate agent property management and maintenance. Any recommendations on investor friendly agents perhaps connected with property management that have relationships with contractors or in house maintenance. I am like interested in either a cash transaction for about 140k. I am looking to visit the area this weekend or next.
