I have a number of properties that I have owner financed in the past and was wondering if anyone knew of a credit repair person that could help some of the buyers so that they could refinance?
Get to the credit repair folks through a lender's pipeline.
"I'm a credit repair person and I want that lender's future business!" is your only reasonable assurance that the credit repair folks aren't just trying to squeeze the person for as many months of monthly subscription payments as possible (which should be your default assumption about any credit repair person or people).

look for lender brokers in your area and they will get you in touch with someone that will work on the repair so that they can get the loan done in time. I think that's what @Chris Mason was referring to. I have a pretty good one in DFW, don't know if she does SA but if not then she probably knows someone. PM me and I'll get you the contact info.
Yes, but I don't lend in Texas, so the "hurry up and finish or you wont be getting any future business from me!" dynamic will not apply because I have no credible business reason to personally be interested in your folks getting their credit fixed up.
