Hey family!
I have a house under contract in the 76111 area on the east side of HWY 35 North of Airport Freeway. Has any body have experience flipping houses in this area? More specifically the Oakhurst neighborhood?! any advice about this part of town would be greatly appreciated!

Oakhurst has pockets of good/bad--can change from street to street. Some areas experiencing more revitalization than others. If you bought the property well, you should be ok.

Tyler H. Thank you Tyler. I did buy it well and close next month. The home is off sylviana Ave in the historical area. What concerned me is the amount of days homes stay on the market. I believe people deterrent from buying 280-300k homes bc of the not so good surrounding area..
