Sold another property today and off to a GREAT YEAR already!!

Purchased the SFR property in late December, while preparing to do rehab this month had several people call interested in the property "as is" to do the work themselves. So held off and showed it to around 5 people and started getting some offers. Sold it "as is" today for a nice quick profit to put into another project. Now on to the next one!!
