Paris texas looking for information and a deal 75462

new to Paris texas, wanted to see how many active real estate investors are on here from that area maybe fined a wholesaler or someone who knows the lay of the land here in the 75462

    I myself is very new to Paris, so would like to tag along to your message if okay. 

    I haven't made any investment in Paris. I have a few flats in Denmark where I am from. But would very much like to learn about the Parisian market.
