What's up everyone! Who's out here in the Ville with me?

I'd love to hear about what everyone is doing in this market. Personally, I'm a realtor and new wholesaler (no deals done yet). As a realtor I work closely with investors on flips and rentals, making sure their experience is top notch and "turn-key." With my network of people, all my investors do are sign contracts and collect checks! Practically worry free.
