Does anyone know of any closing companies (or real estate attorneys) in DeSoto County, Mississippi that are wholesaler friendly/savvy? I'm looking for someone who can do assignments of contracts and double closings.

did you ever find anyone to close wholesale assignments in Mississippi? I am looking at a couple properties near Jackson and Canton and I don't know if MS is a title company or closing attorney state.

I’m a homebuilder and a developer in central MS. I have an excellent closing attorney that handles all of my closings and title of work.
