We have been approached by someone from the UK who wants to buy some of our paper and/or fund new loans we have done as a private money lender. I cannot find anything online about this company and need suggestions as to how I can verify the company and their business dealings. Also are there other issues we need to be aware in dealing with those from other countries when it comes to selling these notes & trust deeds?
