The calculator is a nice place to start, but what can you actually find out about the expenses in the area. what are taxes and insurance priced at? 5,000 in repairs is what I put in if I think the place is close to move in ready. Is that the case here?

I'm going over to see it at 4pm today and will make adjustments to the pricing. I already have one property in town that is about the same size and I'm using the insurance cost on this place. I can probably copy the taxes from my other place as they are going to be higher than this.
