Is this to many rooms for a house hack? should i Airbnb some?

    @Steve Melendrez How many roommates can you handle ? $700 x's 5 rooms has you living for free plus cash. Split all utilities 5 ways. A year later, move out and rent all 6.

    @Michael Stange Hopefully all 5! I think ill be able to for a year. Thanks for the advice i didn't even think about splitting the utilities.

    @Michael Stange I only got 2,000 of my own money to put in, if i get a private money lender to put the remaining 9,225 , how would i pay the private money lender , with the cashflow or when i refinance?
