Good areas to invest in Columbus Ohio

We have a team from California trying to invest in Columbus Ohio, we don’t know that market hope you guys could tell us what are the good neighborhoods or which are the ones we should stay away from?

if you want good areas i'd target homes that sell above $100 per sq ft. just a rule of thumb.

Hey Felix,
What is your definition of a “good” neighborhood?
Cash flow, IRR, COC.. appreciation....etc
Are you looking for single family or multi family?
Long term rentals or rehabs?
Columbus market is extremely hot right now with multiple offers on listed properties. Everyone has different goals and risk tolerance. I recently sold a rental property to an investor that bought 44 houses in a neighborhood with the highest murder rate in Columbus.

You left out meth and heroin. Central OH has a lot of that

Well most people would say that the worst neighborhoods in Columbus at the moment are Hilltop and South Linden. most people would for sure call those two neighborhoods D classed neighborhoods
