Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $267,500
Cash invested: $53,500

This is an old 2 room school house that was converted to 4 units.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The conversion was done very nice.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional 30 year fixed residential note.
